Who we are

Patchlog is operated by Carlos Azola (carlosazolaf@gmail.com). This policy explains what personal data we collect, how we use it, and what rights you have over it.

What data we collect

When you sign in with Google, we receive and store:

  • Your name and email address, as provided by Google
  • Your Google profile picture URL
  • A unique identifier tied to your Google account

Additionally, we store the data you create inside the app: your pedal collection, the statuses you assign (Have / Had / Want), endorsements, and any public profile information you choose to add.

How we use your data

  • To create and manage your account
  • To display your collection and public profile to other users
  • To generate anonymous aggregate statistics (e.g. how many users own a pedal)
  • To send notifications you explicitly opt into

We do not sell your data, share it with advertisers, or use it for any purpose beyond operating the app.

Third-party services

Patchlog uses the following third-party services to operate:

You can at any time:

  • Access the data we hold about you
  • Request correction of inaccurate data
  • Request deletion of your account and all associated data
  • Export your collection data

Data retention

We keep your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, all personal data is permanently removed within 30 days.
