Who operates Patchlog

Patchlog is operated by Carlos Azola. By using Patchlog, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

What Patchlog is

Patchlog is a catalog and community tool for guitar pedal collectors. It lets you track pedals you own, have owned, or want — and discover what other collectors are using.

Your account

You sign in via Google. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account. You agree not to:

  • Use the service for any unlawful purpose
  • Impersonate another person or entity
  • Attempt to disrupt or harm the service or its users
  • Scrape or harvest data from the platform without permission

Your content

The data you add to Patchlog (your collection, notes, profile) remains yours. By submitting it, you grant Patchlog a license to display it within the service and include it in aggregate statistics. We do not claim ownership of your content.

Patchlog content

The pedal catalog, images, and design of Patchlog are owned by or licensed to Carlos Azola. You may not reproduce or distribute them without permission.

Service availability

Patchlog is provided as-is. We make no guarantees about uptime, data availability, or fitness for a particular purpose. We may modify or discontinue the service at any time, with reasonable notice where possible.

Account termination

You may delete your account at any time from Settings. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Carlos Azola is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Patchlog.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will notify you via the app. Continued use of the service after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
